’13 Creative Session – ‘Consumption VS Emotion – Eco-Design and the minimization and use of waste in the textile sector for fashion’
For this online session we invited Katty Xiomara, an internationally recognized fashion designer. His brand steps on the catwalks of Paris, New York and Milan and in many other international fairs.
Its collections are made in Portugal and developed through the Eco-Design approach, which allows them to be progressively eco-sustainable, providing an approach to sustainable global practices and requirements of responsible, modern and socially active entrepreneurship. The pieces are designed and designed to minimize fabric waste and minimizing the use of accessories, fasteners, buttons, etc., with the majority of fabrics used being recycled fabrics or eco smart fabrics.
In this Creative Katty Xiomara will address the theme: “Consumo VS Emotion’, where, in addition to its history, it will address the theme of Eco-Design and the minimization and use of waste in the textile sector for fashion.
